A Chat with Capital k'aos::::::::::::

Q:So how did it all begin?
A: Wow this is a story.....But I'll make it short....I always had a passion for music....Music that makes you move and groove also feel good in the moment....In the time I was falling in live with ballroom music I wanted to find out more about it and where can I get my hands on some of the music I was hearin....at that time I only knew about Jay Pendavis ... After that I had heard about Dj Lucky Aphrodite and listen to his mixes back in the day on MySpace....I had reached out to him and ask him about the music and who els makes it.....He then told me about Dj MjkeQ and I loved every mix he was doing at the time....He had his own lable that is still going strong today.... one of the other member on that lable at that time was Jay R Revlon which now go by the name Jay R Neutron.....He had a more unique style that I like it was more dramatic...So liking their mixes and many more producers that came along after I decided to try to make mixes.... It was not easy at all at first.... I was using virtual dj program at first and uploaded a mix that got Dj MikeQ attention.... At that time he introduced me the program I am still using today fl studio.....I keep practicing and practicing which got the attention of and Ohio ballroom producer by the name of Pillzbury of Galactik Bassmuzik.. With communicating with him I was introduced to Philadelphia ballroom house Dj VJ the Dj of Pumpdabeat....I love him so much.... He gave me guidelines of how to bring my beats alive and never be afraid of being all out creative.. I took that advice and ran with it and here I am pumpng the beat
Q:Where did the name come from?
A: The name Kaos has been with me ever since high school but it wasn't just Kaos.... it was Gemkaos.. Gemkaos came about me being a gemini and kaos join in as the crazy things in my life that was going on in my childhood and the creative artistic mind I have....but gemkaos originally came from when I was playing a sonic adventure game and there a thing call the chaos gem ....I just love something about that name so much it stayed in my head... So I took the name and made it my own and trun it around abd named myself Gemkaos.....My friends never called my name fully...So day my best friend by the name of Shawn Newton aka "El Drunko" said don't you just go by kaos..... I thought about since everyone was calling me that... But then again I had to put my signature on it...So Kaos means killing all over swag ....Swag is another word for style and personality.. So I'm very creative and artistic when it comes to creating something...Later on I seen a lot of people named kaos, I thought I be safe with spelling it with just a k ... but every one was doing the same... I then had to let everyone jnow that I am "the" kaos...... One of my friends use to call me k for short and I liked it so the "K" had to be capital ...so that how "Capital K'aos" came about..
